The idea of this application to it help individuals seeking a new job, be pointed in the right direction mapping out what is needed to achieve it. Similar to that even if… already in a position and wanting to make a switch, to give you the right tools to do so. Beyond just the search, this platform can help people get certifications/achievements to help build credibility within their field.

What You Will Do:

• Develop a strong sever driven web application.
• Create and pitch new features for the application while maintaining and fixing current systems.
• Have autonomy and collaboration in building this application out.
• Be able to move into leadership positions and grow with the company.
• Gain technical depth!

What Is Needed:

• 4+ YOE Working with Ruby/Ruby on rails with exposure to Javascript languages
• Experience working with API's as well as MySQL/SQL
• Ability to have communication skills with C-Suit individuals and stakeholders
• Willingness to learn different languages!

What Is Appreciated but Not Needed:

• Experience working in the DeVops space
• Python knowledge or experience to some extent
