    What You Will Do

    • Work with colleagues from across the firm to help companies multiply their growth via implementing best-in-class agile marketing and personalization, enabled by data and technology. You will apply your distinctive level of subject matter expertise to shape CxO level agenda on digital marketing and growth by developing specific marketing strategies and transformation initiatives that accelerate customer acquisition and customer value across channels.
    • Leveraging your expertise, you’ll help to advance Capgemini’s overall knowledge base by contributing to and expanding our diagnostic and assessment toolkit and approaches. You will also develop new frameworks, approaches and techniques in addition to building on existing ones.
    • In your role you will:
    • Design, build and integrate data pipelines, data lakes, clean rooms and CDPs
    • Collaborate with upstream and downstream technical teams to develop integrations to provide a seamless flow of marketing assets from planning to delivery.
    • Implement engineering best practices to continuously deliver working software by mentoring other developers
    • You will use your in-depth experience in software development to write clean, tested, and well-documented code

    Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (2 years minimum) work experience
    • Minimum 1-year hands on SQL experience
    • Strong foundation in Python
    • Experienced in building data pipelines in AWS or GCP
    • Developed highly reliable data pipelines from both batch and/or real-time data sources
    • Ability to think dynamically across many different and varying technologies
    • Strategy Oriented, with deep expertise in business and wide knowledge in enterprise management and superior level of problem solving coupled with strong interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and communicate with a wide range of non-technical and low technology literacy stakeholders and customers
    • Understanding of the ad-tech ecosystem, bid managers, ad servers, DPs, and DSPS and an advanced knowledge of complementary marketing technologies such as CDPs, DMPs, decision engines etc…
    • Hands-on experience with marketing data
    • Experience with marketing customer data models, marketing analytics
    • Foundation in Big Data languages/frameworks like Spark, Scala and Hadoop
    • Experience with Customer Data Platforms and MDM such as Segment, Tealium, Redpoint Global, Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce C360 and Interaction Studio, Microsoft D365 Customer Insights, Oracle CX Unity, Reltio, Lytics, Amperity or ActionIQ
    • Experience with Technologies and Processes for Marketing, Personalization, and Data Orchestration such as Adobe Marketing Cloud, Oracle Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud
    • Experience with technologies and processes for content management systems, digital asset management software, web content management
    • Experience with technologies and processes for mobile and social media technologies, solutions, and strategies
    • Digital Marketing savvy with first level of technical knowledge in all (or nearly all) digital marketing disciplines: Traffic generation (search marketing, display, programmatic etc…), UX, A/B testing, email marketing, social media management

    Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $97,700 to $194,100.

    This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
