    Description: Software engineer will Support IT Objectives by supporting business processes, systems and clients (under limited supervision) specifically with UI, middleware and system integrations related technologies and applications, carries out these responsibilities by providing information technology (IT)

    Primary Job Responsibilities:

    · Supports existing applications, monitors systems performance and work based on the impact to the business. May coordinate cross-functional IT departments to resolve issues

    · Uses troubleshooting skills to identify, research and propose solutions to problems and accommodate necessary changes or corrective action, as needed

    · Execute full lifecycle software development

    · Write well designed, testable, efficient code

    · Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility

    · Integrate software components into a fully functional software system

    · Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures

    · Document and maintain software functionality

    · Comply with project plans and industry standards

    · Other duties as assigned.

    Job Requirements:

    · BS or equivalent and 5+ years’ work experience in computer sciences or related field, or equivalent combination

    · Minimum 3+ years development experience in ASP.Net, C# and SQL Server

    · Strong experience in OLTP databases

    · Strong Knowledge of T-SQL, Stored Procedures, Triggers, Views, Indexes

    · Demonstrates sound technical skills with a strong working knowledge of the client’s business in order to effectively translate business needs to IT solutions

    · Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability

    · Ability to manage multiple tasks

    · Excellent organization and prioritization skills

    · Proven progressive knowledge, responsibility and experience (XML, JSON Schema)

    · Effective oral and written communication skills

    Physical & Environmental Conditions

    · Ability to work in a traditional professional office setting

    · Operate personal and computer equipment

    · Occasional overnight travel in most cases by air

    · Work schedule determined by project schedules

    · May be required to work on the page/call rotation.

    Physical Demands

    · Incumbent must be able to communicate effectively.

    · Requires overall light physical effort (up to 25 lbs.)

    · Manual dexterity and sitting is required in carrying out responsibilities (i.e. use of personal computer).

    · Ability to travel or move about within and outside serviced facilities required.

    Incumbent works primarily in either a private or shared office environment

    Job Types: Full-time, Contract

    Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour
