Responsibilities:

• Research and drive high-level decisions about Baya protocol architecture, incentive structures, and features
• Build out Baya Network - an decentralized aggregate commercial real estate network…
• Keep abreast of the rapidly evolving blockchain space, and introduce innovative functionality
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams
• Be a steward and influencer of our early engineering culture

Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of blockchain technology, applied cryptography, smart contract development, tokenomics models and security
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
• Passion for creating positive change in the real estate industry
• Ability to work effectively with a high degree of autonomy within a collaborative team
