You will:
- Research and develop algorithmic trading infrastructure (e.g. low-latency mempools) for the Firm.
- Develop infrastructure/data pipeline to collect and normalize on-chain data (i.e Mempool pending transactions).
- Analyze, research, and model on-chain data to extrapolate insights for strategy development
- Work with traders, researchers, and developers to improve and expand the Firm's DeFi infrastructure to capture alpha opportunities
- Monitor both internal trading activity and public blockchain data in real time
You bring:
- Expertise with EVM chain's full-node, mempool, pending transactions, runtime logic, gas estimate, and best DevOps practices while interfacing with DeFi protocols
- Understanding of Ethereum and smart contracts. Understanding of other L1 blockchains is a plus
- Developing apps that interface with Ethereum smart contracts. Solidity experience is a plus, but not required
- Fundamentals of CS (OOP, data structures and algorithms, networking, databases)
- Working knowledge of Python, Golang, C++, Java, Rust, Solidity, Javascript
- Experience / knowledge of algorithmic trading is a plus but not required
