-Is both Perl and Python required? Codebase is mostly PERL and they are trying to move to Python. 70% PERL 30% Python. They need a working knowledge of PERL, and Python experience will give them a leg up and help speed up the process.
-What kind of project are they working on? ETL Project – extracting data from files, analyzing, decrypting, and loading into database.
-What is the person doing to the application? Are they adding features or developing it from scratch? Adding Features and Maintenance
-Is PHP required as well? Desired not required.
