• ideally 5+ years of software engineering or related IT experience
• experience as a tech lead or team lead, managing and/or mentoring others
• proficiency with Golang, Kubernetes, MS Azure, Git, continuous integration, Linux…
• experience developing microservices, APIs, distributed systems
• ability to work with Postgres and Redis
• experience with test automation
• experience with Grafeas and working in Agile teams is a plus
• understanding of security and regulatory concerns common in banking environments, particularly regarding the software supply chain is a plus
