Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the platform using Ruby on Rails
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
- Collaborate with the product and design teams to implement new features and improvements
- Write automated tests to ensure code quality and maintainability
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices
- Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise in production
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Ruby and related technologies
Requirements:
- Strong experience with Ruby on Rails
- Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns
- Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
- Experience with Git or other version control systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
