Job Summary:
The Full Stack JavaScript Engineering Manager will be responsible for managing a team of software engineers and overseeing the development of software solutions for our enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in full-stack JavaScript development and be comfortable managing a team of engineers. This role requires strong communication skills, technical leadership, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of software engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure the team meets deadlines and deliverables
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop software solutions that meet business needs
- Lead technical design discussions and make key technical decisions
- Develop and maintain high-quality code and ensure that the team follows best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in software engineering management
- Strong technical background in full-stack JavaScript development, including Node.js and React.js
- Experience working with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
