As a Rust Developer, you will work on some of the most cutting-edge products in the industry. We do not adhere to a particular work routine from day to day. We work with different partners, and every project is unique. We partnered up and built projects like Pancakeswap, thegraph, Shyft.network, Allianceblock foundation, Yield.app, Bridge Mutual, Bondly, etc
You will become a part of a strong… engineering team culture where you will always feel supported. You will join our team of nine professionals who are located in Ukraine, France, and Slovakia. We love the Rust language, work with Substrate, ink and proudly use OpenBrush.

What you need:
Deep knowledge of Blockchain technology
Experience with languages such as Rust/C++/Go
Polkadot substrate ink! would be a plus
Strong command of the English language
Experience in leading/coaching teams and building an engineering culture
Proactive with a high level of self-awareness
Solve problems, not tasks
The ability to write tech articles on Medium/etc.
Interested in building first-class products to solve real-world problems
Self-motivated, a fast learner, and have a mentality that focuses on “getting things done”
