The founders of the company are looking to hire a Lead Golang Developer to join the team as soon as possible. This individual will be someone who is extremely ambitious, they would ideally like this candidate to progress to a CTO position in time.
This position is Fully Remote with flexibility around working hours. The company are currently working in the EST time zone.
Responsibilities:
You will be tasked with leading the Golang Development team. Ensuring best practices are followed, leading the development and architecture of building their backend services in Golang. You will be working in a cloud-driven API environment.
Requirements:
- Over four years of experience developing in Golang
- Solid understanding of architecture and best practices
- Proven leadership experience
- Exposure to a cloud-driven API environment
