What You’ll Do* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build tools used by teams across RVO Health
- Work with personal health information (PHI) in HIPAA and Medicare-regulated systems
- Work with DMP, CDP technologies
- Work with various technologies including Go, Docker, New Relic, SQL, Redis, and NoSQL databases
- Scope solutions and guide your engineering team through implementation
- Develop using modern technologies including Golang, AWS services, and more
- Follow Agile methodologies for rapid execution and iteration
- Produce high quality deliverables through collaboration with a team of highly skilled engineers
- Champion well-written code and technical documentation
- Optimize the performance, scalability, and security of our applications
- Lean on your experience to improve our SDLC
- Learn and develop your skills as a software engineer
What We’re Looking For* 3+ years of experience building distributed systems with Golang
- Experience designing and building API's for a variety of clients
- Experience with event-driven, distributed systems
- Specific experience with authn/z workflows and systems a plus
- Hungry, humble, smart, curious, and eager to learn
- Experience designing scalable, maintainable, secure, reusable solutions in AWS
- Development experience with Terraform
- Development experience with relational database systems
- Experience using various tools including Postman, Docker, CircleCI, GitHub Actions
Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.
- Starting Salary: $97,500 - $138,125*
- Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications and experience
