Software Developer Manager to lead our C#, .NET, and Angular development team. As a manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of our software projects and guiding a team of developers to deliver high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in building microservices in .NET, possess a deep understanding of modern software design principles, and have a solid grasp of Azure as a platform. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills are essential, as well as a passion for innovation and a strong background in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
What you will be doing:
- Lead and manage a team of software developers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and support throughout the development process.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and timelines, ensuring the team's work aligns with business goals.
- Design, develop, and maintain complex software applications, primarily using C#, .NET, and Angular technologies, within an Azure environment.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and software design principles, promoting code quality, scalability, and maintainability.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing innovative solutions, tools, and processes to optimize software development workflows.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, promoting effective communication, knowledge sharing, and cross-team collaboration.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance during project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring timely and successful completion of milestones.
- Conduct code reviews, perform debugging and troubleshooting, and address technical challenges to support the team's productivity and ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies, and proactively share knowledge and insights with the team to drive continuous learning and growth.
- Champion Agile and Scrum methodologies, ensuring the team's adherence to Agile practices, facilitating sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Collaborate with other managers and stakeholders to coordinate cross-team initiatives, resolve dependencies, and ensure successful project outcomes.

What you will need:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related experience.

- Previous 3+ years of experience as a Software Developer Manager or similar technical leadership role.
- 8+ years hands-on experience in building microservices using C#, .NET, and Angular technologies.
- Solid understanding of modern software design principles, patterns, and architectures, with a focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Proficiency in Azure services and cloud-based architectures.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a track record of successfully leading and motivating development teams.
- Innovative mindset, with a passion for exploring and adopting new technologies, tools, and practices.
- Deep knowledge and experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Proven ability to drive projects to successful completion within deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
