The successful React Development Lead will be tasked with the following:

• Collaborate with team members to design and implement multi tiered enterprise solutions
• Actively participate and contribute to technical discussions and code reviews
• Work to enhance your skills and capabilities and those of your development team in order to share knowledge and skills
• Utilize hands on development skills in React, .NET and Java
• Other tasks as required

The ideal React Development Lead will be able to prove the following:

• SME/Architect level React expertise, developing front-ends leveraging modern frameworks
• Experience with C#, .NET, data structures, basic algorithms, and applying object-oriented principles and design patterns
• JavaScript and Typescript experience
• Experience implementing unit and integration tests with NUnit, xUnit, MS Test, Selenium or similar
• Background in leading medium sized teams (10-15)
• Ability to work East Coast US hours

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $150,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
