Duties/Tasks and Responsibilities:
Jacobs is seeking a Ruby on Rails developer in Hanover, MD. Remote work is available for this position. A member of the development team should have the abilities and skills to improve and continue to develop an enterprise level learning management system on a Ruby on Rails platform.
Day to Day Tasks:
- Take part in daily stand-up meetings in an Agile development methodology.
- Develop innovative solutions for an on-demand virtual training environment leveraging VMWare Cloud
Here’s What You’ll Need:
- Comprehensive programming and development knowledge
- Understanding of API calls within a VMWare environment
- Ruby on Rails experience
- Be able to communicate and effectively provide clear technical explanations while developing solutions.
Work with a team of developers in an Agile environment.
