Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a Compound Process Integration Engineering Manager for the Advanced Technology Lab (ATL). Northrop Grumman's ATL semiconductor foundry is located in Baltimore, MD and provides a unique capability supporting a range of production microelectronic devices (Silicon, Gallium Arsenide, Gallium Nitride, and Silicon Carbide) and providing leading edge technology development in superconducting electronics. Our devices enable a number of Northrop Grumman's ground-based radars, avionic radars, and space systems. As part of the Compound Production team, the Manager of Process Integration will serve as a functional manager for a group of Engineers supporting GaAs and SiC technologies.
This individual will be responsible for staffing, onboarding duties, personnel performance assessments, program interface and other functional duties. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, and the ideal candidate will have developed collaboration and influence competencies.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Material Science, Chemistry or related field with 3 yrs related experience
- 3 years experience in a semiconductor fabrication foundry
- Management or Leadership experience (team lead, project lead, IPT lead, etc.)
- Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Material Science, Chemistry or related field
- Experience in Device physics and Process Integration
- Functional and program management experience
- Understanding of electronic circuits, Statistical Process Control (SPC), quality control, and root cause analysis
Salary Range: $107,000 USD - $160,400 USD
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
