    Building, Scaling, and motivating a team of geographically distributed hard-working Salesforce engineers that pride themselves on building seamless experiences for Coinbase's internal use base Acting as the SCRUM Master for your engineering team to ensure that velocity, demand vs capacity, burn down, and user story cycle times reinforce that the right things are being worked on the right time in a smooth organized fashion Analyzing roadmaps with PMs and EAA leadership to ensure that there is the right level of offshore and onshore resources to meet bold development timelines Orchestrating the build out of end-to-end Salesforce solutions on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Communities, and potentially Salesforce Marketing Cloud using a mix of Apex, OOB features, LWC, Process Builders, Flows, etc. Guiding the team to logically integrate Salesforce 3rd-party apps like Loopio, IronClad, Groove, SendSafely, Refinitiv, Hummingbird etc. using both a managed… packaged and custom integration approach Providing a point-of-view on different integration patterns like hub-and-spoke and point-to-point using Airflow, Mulesoft, etc. to ensure the right level of control as it relates to data security and scalability Facilitating discussions about t-shirt sizing epics for the QBR process with PMs and easily translating any risks, dependencies, and concerns in a written format out to business partners Working in a Plan, Build, and Run model where your daily adventures may include a mix of research spikes, POCs, engineering tasks, and potential hot fixes depending on severity and impact depending on where the team is in its maturity lifecycle journey Working on improving the CI/CD pipeline by identifying areas of improvement through continuous pushes to production by providing RCA analysis on the deployment process to the Release Manager Acting as the Incident Commander for Sev 2 incidents and higher Designing and fostering a sense of equality and community with offshore teams to ensure every person feels they can bring their best self to work Requirements:

    years experience developing in Salesforce ecosystem - Apex, Triggers, LWC framework, Process Builders, flows and User Administration Experience with integration of large systems and custom products Software development experience outside of Salesforce, preferably on an AWS stack Clear communication style that exudes executive presence and confidence 3
    years of people management experience at a high growth start-up Salesforce Certifications and Trailhead badges dating back at least 5 years (Nice-to-Have) Proven track record to work in a highly ambiguous environment with little to no guidance
    Salary Range:
    $150K -- $200K
