Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and innovative Generative AI Engineer to join our team. As a Generative AI Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing cutting-edge machine learning models and algorithms to generate creative and intelligent outputs. Responsibilities:
Research and Development: Conduct in-depth research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI, including techniques like GANs (Generative Adversarial Networks), VAEs (Variational Autoencoders), Transformers and other relevant models.
Model Development: Design, develop, and implement state-of-the-art generative AI models and algorithms to generate novel, high-quality outputs across various domains such as image, text, and audio.
Data Preparation: Gather and preprocess large datasets for training generative models, ensuring data quality, integrity, and compatibility with the chosen model architectures.
Training and Optimization: Train and fine-tune generative AI models using advanced machine learning techniques, exploring hyperparameter optimization and regularization methods to improve model performance.
Performance Evaluation: Evaluate and assess the performance of generative AI models through metrics, qualitative analysis, and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive model enhancements.
Collaborative Work: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and designers, to integrate generative AI models into practical applications and products.
Model Deployment: Support the deployment and integration of generative AI models into production systems, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and reliability.
Documentation and Communication: Document research findings, methodologies, and code for knowledge sharing purposes. Present research outcomes and technical insights to internal teams and external stakeholders as required.
Requirements:
Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. Relevant research experience or publications are a plus.
Technical Skills: Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. Proficiency in machine learning frameworks and libraries. Solid understanding of generative AI techniques and deep learning architectures.
Experience: Proven experience in developing and implementing generative AI models. Familiarity with training large-scale neural networks and working with real-world datasets.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to analyze complex problems and devise creative solutions using generative AI techniques. Strong mathematical and statistical foundation.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative, interdisciplinary team environment, leveraging diverse skills and expertise to achieve common goals.
