Engineering Manager Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Supervise engineering employees and department
- Prioritize service requests and monitor performance
- Monitor engineering expenses to ensure goals are met
- Requires advanced knowledge of building management and the engineering profession
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience preferred
