Data Scientist

We are partnered with a unicorn EdTech company that revolutionizes exams worldwide with AI technology. Their assessment platform ensures secure and efficient exam administration, featuring AI-based proctoring, comprehensive analytics, seamless LMS and HR integration, and a customizable user interface. With facial recognition, audio analysis, and keystroke monitoring, it prevents cheating. The platform seamlessly integrates with existing systems, providing a smooth experience for test-takers and administrators.

Responsibilities

• Create and refine processes, techniques, and tools for analyzing and monitoring model performance.
• Conceptualize, implement, and deliver operational models.
• Take ownership of defining data architecture components.
• Produce and validate conceptual, logical, and physical architecture diagrams.
• Develop custom NLP models for various applications, construct recommendation systems from scratch incorporating images and text, design emotion analysis models utilizing webcam input, and establish ML models to support Psychometric analysis.
• Establish and oversee AI/ML development and deployment within production infrastructure.
• Identify opportunities for transfer learning and construct new training datasets as needed.
• Effectively communicate AI/ML outcomes and limitations to business stakeholders, while setting realistic timelines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency or familiarity with programming and managing data of diverse types and sizes.
• Experience in constructing data infrastructure and implementing A/B testing platforms.
• In-depth comprehension of both structured and unstructured data.
• Proficient in utilizing data visualization tools.
• Hands-on expertise in semantic search.
• Over 5 years of practical experience working with various NLP, CNN, RNN, LSTM models.
• Extensive knowledge of CV2, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and other deep learning libraries.
• Strong understanding of image classifiers, image captioning, image segmentation, and object detection.
• Sound knowledge of attention mechanisms, activation functions, feature engineering, transformers (BERT, S-BERT), and recommendation systems.
