Job Description:

Our high-growth AI company is looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Fullstack/Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. This project already has three talented junior developers on board and we're seeking someone who can contribute to our efforts, be a guide, and potentially manage this team…

The ideal candidate will be well-versed in React and Next.js, able to work 5 days a week (with availability during weekends for urgent matters), and will demonstrate exceptional rigor, effective communication skills, and a commitment to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

Work collaboratively with our team of junior developers

Develop high-quality software design and architecture

Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle

Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code

Review and debug code

Perform validation and verification testing

Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to fix and improve products

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Senior Software Developer

Extensive experience in software development, scripting, and project management

Experienced in React/Next.js

Ideally, full-stack experience, or at least strong backend experience

Rigor, great attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks

Nice to have:

Experience in team management

Openness to potential full-time commitment
