ZeroSync is looking for a Fullstack Developer

ZeroSync is an API that allows organizations to exchange data with any other organization securely and reliably. Enterprise organizations would like to work with one another, but often cannot, due to a lack of effective onboarding, connection tools, and prohibitively high costs.

At ZeroSync, we solve this integration challenge by creating a single API that allows organizations to exchange data… between various formats, structured and unstructured. This makes it easier and more streamlined for an organization to plug and play, and quickly begin operating complex multiparty workflows with high security and reliability.

At our core, we strive to enable interoperability between all businesses, legacy and modern, large and small. We facilitate the movement of sensitive data for some of the world’s largest companies and want someone who wants to solve meaningful problems on a large scale.

We are looking for experienced full-stack engineers to join our growing team.

    You will…

    • Work across the stack to launch and iterate on consequential components of the ZeroSync platform
    • Write lots of code: Conceptualize, build, test, and ship new products and features for our customers
    • Understand customer feedback and advocate for product direction
    • Lead, mentor, and learn from other engineers on our growing team
    • Take new features from idea to mockup to fully-fledged product

    You have…

    • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience preferred
    • Experience building complex modern web applications
    • An eye for thoughtful design–you recognize and care about the end-user experience

Not required: Specific technology or programming language background. We are relatively technology-background agnostic. We believe great engineers are great engineers, and that the technologies we use will continue to evolve with the team and the challenges we face. In our codebase today, you’ll find: Rust (Actix Web, Diesel ORM), Docker, PostgreSQL, Redis, NATS; SvelteKit (Typescript) on the front end

In your first month at ZeroSync, you may…

    • Design, implement, test, and launch a new client platform focused around the “workflow designer” allowing users to design and deploy complex multiparty
workflows, incorporating both excellent frontend UX as well as a backend service to ingest and return relevant logs and analytics
    • Enable one-click functionality for organizations to easily deploy our stack within their secure server environments
    • Implement a new integration with one of our customer’s core systems of record to enable data synchronization with desired participants

    • Competitive salary and equity packages
    • Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental, & Vision)
    • Paid Time Off (Uncapped vacation days & paid holidays)

Please note that we are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, background, religion, gender identity, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship status, marital status, or disability
