Job Description :

Client is looking for a technology professional to join the Application Development team as one of

several technical leads. This role will regularly interact with customers, complete and present design

documents, collaborate with other technical SMEs in the department (architects, server and network

admins, DBAs, BAs/QAs, etc.), mentor less senior developers, and work closely with project

managers to keep projects on schedule and budget. Additionally, this role will perform development

work including break/fix and will need to have experience working across business units and reporting

to various levels of leadership. A propensity for proactive problem solving, embracing flexibility and

creativity, and sharing our enthusiasm for delivering solutions that bring value is essential. Our team

  • Have experience as a leader with both soft and technical skills to guide and mentor less senior

developers (core stack: .Net, SQL Server, Entity Framework, Bootstrap)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Confident, articulate, and professional speaking

abilities and experience.

  • Ability to manage mixed priorities and change projects quickly.

  • Ability to read, understand, and create design documents.

  • Technical understanding of infrastructure components, their dependencies, and interactions

between servers, virtual systems, networks, databases, web applications, etc.

  • Ability to proactively participate in customer engagements, follow direction from lead technicians,

work with customers, and participate in technical planning.

Technical requirements:

  • Able to develop, mentor, and review C#, ASP.NET , MVC, CORE, and RestAPI solutions.

  • Knowledge and experience in LINQ, and Entity Framework or similar ORM solutions.

  • Experience with HTML/CSS, JavaScript and/or jQuery

  • TSQL language skills working with MS SQL and SSIS

  • Experience with iterative and/or Agile Scrum development methodologies

  • Experience collaborating with and presenting to business and technical teams, and various levels of

leadership.

  • Experience filling the role of Technical Lead for a team of 4+

  • Experience with automated unit testing, GIT and Azure DevOps

  • Experience with Microsoft Azure SQL, Power BI, Dynamics 365, and related technologies.

  • Experience administering and supporting Microsoft Office 365 email tenants and customers.

  • TypeScript/Angular
